i would like to know since when they come painted...My friend just got one from honda.. buddy it wasnt painted.. the only crap that comes painted is the front lip and maybe the side strakes... What let me guess honda fenders and hood come painted as well.. I think not....

I think what they are trying to say is for an extra 45, you can have new bumper.
Most poeple interested in this would want to paint it since its not in the best shape.
Unless its 200 shipped, locals should be your best bet.

Also, like you said, factory bumpers DO NOT come painted
