read his description, the resonator "needs repair"
aka, it's cracked. Common but unfortunate problem with these exhausts. You can either buy it and chop the resonator completely out and replace with a Ti pipe, or try to fix the crack in the resonator by way of welding.
If you were closer and there was no shipping costs, I might tackle this project!

updated first post with pics.
the brown tarnish/oxidation that can be remove with of bit of elbow grease. i took a dremal wire brush/bristle brush to verify.
there is a crack in the upper rear seam of the resonator and where the piping enters and exits the resonator
