ok this is an interesting post, so read everything. i have a set of gold advan rg I 17" rims. i know how rare advan rg I are, so if anyone has a damaged rim, this could be the thread you have been looking for.

2 - 17 x 8.5 +50

2 - 17 x 7.5 +48

these were on a s2k that was involved in an accident. 3 of the rims were damaged and 1 front one was untouched. they were taken to a rim shop and 2 out of the 3 were fixed. 1 rear could not be fixed. i am going to take these rims to my buddy's shop and throw them on a wheel balancer just to double check that the rims are balanced. i just want to double check the rim shop's work. ill probably go this weekend.

they are painted gold. its just painted and not powdercoated. personally i wouldnt trust the paint holding up, so i would have them powdercoated if i were you. i have the Advan stickers that i will include with the rims. they were made by a local decal shop and match the original stickers perfectly. the blue ring around the lip will have to be painted or powdercoated on by your shop.

one of the rear rims has a piece missing from it. i circled it in the second picture. this really cant be fixed. this maybe the one that is still bent. i dont remember. i wont be sure until i throw it on the balancer. hopefully it is because then i will have 3 perfect rims to sell.

so basically i am selling 3 of the rims. 2 fronts and 1 rear. if anyone wants the 1 rear that is still a little bent, ill entertain offers on it. it maybe able to be balanced out with weights once a tire is on it, but i have no idea. im not sure if that is even safe to do. i am selling that one as a paperweight and not a working rim.

What color are the Advan stickers? Also, could you pm me a pic with the wheels on your car?

i dont have any pics of the rims on my car. they came off my buddy marcus's car. his user id is reborn56 on here. im just helping him out and selling them for him. they are in my basement right now. plus gold rims dont look good on a silver car. they looked amazing on his monte carlo blue s2k. i would google image it and you can see some nice pics of them on s2ks.
