thats pretty cheap.. normally its like ~$450 for a new one.. but of course that comes painted from the factory for your car...
if you bought the ebay one.. for ~$220... you'll have to paint that too... which would be like ~$100-150 at most good places.. so it comes out pretty much the same...

I sold my sebring one for $325 - $225 is a pretty good price, but not being the right color might bump your cost up beyond the point of good value.
On the '04+ wing, each side has front and rear bolts (actually, one bolt and one nut). The rear bolt uses the same holes as the outboard bolts on teh '03- wing, but the '02- wing also puts two holes in the middle of the trunk - unless you don't use them like I did. You will need to drill new holes for the front bolts.
