the XR650CSI model comes with seperate tweeters(for $100 more) but the XR650CXI (which I have) the tweeters are attached to the speaker. They are adjustable though so you can aim the tweeter where you prefer. Both models include programmable crossovers that can make adjustments to both the woofer and tweeter.

is this for the door panels?

 

There is a slight mod needed unless there is a different mounting set that will allow them to work. The depth fits fine. All that is needed is a slight roll back on the existing hole to make for the slightly (1/2") larger speaker.

The larger, and of course better, speaker with high quality programmable woofer/tweeter makes for a big difference. Straight up.. JL Audio speakers rock.. and the OEM unfortunately suck.

 

I just realized u own a MY05. I'm not positive but i believe the speakers in the MY05 door are 6.5". You might want to check that unless you dont mind doing the simple mod anyway.
