Default FL S2000 Misc Parts

I have the following parts removed from my 2006 S2000 AP2.
Complete exhaust system incl header, heat shield, and cat conv. $1,200
Complete set of front and rear brake calipers and rotors $500
Stock clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel $100
Stock radio $50
Timing cover $50
All parts are in very good condition, no rust, vehicle had 60K miles. Brake parts are not original and are in newer condition.

Timing cover -- as on the front of the engine covering the cam chain?
Valve cover?
Ignition cover?

I have a 2006 S2000 that just got a cracked cat. Is yours still for sale and in good condition to pass CARB?

Still wondering what the "timing cover" might be as I'd be interested in the gold color cover over the plugs.
