Just curious. Might be trading in the S2K, and dealers aren't adding really any money for the hardtop (most entertaining quote I had was "Oh, I could give you $100 for that thing"). Hoping I could do better out here in the open market. What do you guys think? I'm in Chicago. Happy driving!

You should be able to get $1800-$2k for it no problem, IMO.

 

That seems to be the going rate lately for a used OEM top.

I sold mine for $1800, LIS2K sold his for $1700. Are you including all the parts to install or just the top?

 

Yeah this would be just the top - no install kits or anything like that. It's been installed on my car, and I rode with it that way last winter for maybe 2-3 months. $1800 seems like a great price to me (IIRC I paid $2300 installed), so thanks for the info everyone. I'll post a "real" for-sale note if I go this route. Any other pricing opinions?
