I could fix this easily in a couple of hours. I fix rotor blades on helicopters. Too Darn easy. For you guys just go to a boat dealer and purchase a fiberglass repair kit with two part epoxy. Sand down 1 32nd of an inch 1 inch wider than cracks. Lay in glass. Let set sand with crocus cloth. Vawhlaa Glass gone easy Just my .02c worth

fiber glass aint that easy, from what i was told. I've never messed with the stuff, but i worked in the auto repair industry for over 3 years. A car's front bumper is not even close to a helicopter blade...

The issue is making it last. Sure u can patch it and sand it, but is it gonna crack when u drive 65? will it split back open if you hose it with water on a hot day? Will it bust back open when coming out of a driveway? Besides, look where the cracks are, they are in the most convoluted of places on the bumper. Tough fix, i'd say. Some shops like the challenge though...

too bad you ain't in Taiwan... otherwise I will try to get it from you. since it only takes $100 USD to fix the whole bumper, talking about $30 bucks for some minor cracks. I have fixed my J's front half bumper for 3 times and have no problem for going over 120 mph~though the crack point of mine is not as sensitive as where this TS bumper is at. However, I believe the bumper should still be fixable, but expect the weight of the bumper to be heavier since the crack point needs more reinforcement. How about I give you $200 and you have it shipped to Taiwan?

Ive dealt with glass before... its not hard and it is quite easy to learn. That looks like a simple fix for a good body shop.

I was actually gonna pick this up as a spare front end, but figure its gonna cost me approx $400 to fix and paint - just not worth it IMHO (to me anyway). I dont even know what drew is asking but i would think at least the same amount.

Good luck with the sale anyway - the only way this is gonna be viable is if someone picks this up and has the skills to fix this themselves. Those cracks are not in the best places!!!

I agree that it can be repaired to like new condition, the only question would be how much Drew wants in the equation...
