This is for a car not a dryer..
FYI, This is the upgraded hosing that they offer than can handle way more heat.

Hey man it's no biggie. I think the beauty of this kit is that it is pretty much plug and play, plus it's put together pretty nice. Powdercoated finish, aluminum pieces.
But you are correct it is possible to put together something that suits your needs from Home Depot, hobby stores, etc.

But if people want a cheaper alternative, they may want to search "do it yourself" brake ducting because there are lots of DIY that use home depot material.
