I even was not charge for shipping because I bought a exhaust from them and they did not charge me for the other items because if came all in one box.. evasive is great to buy from.. highly recomend..

I believe it is common sense to not install something that arrives damaged

if you wanted your money back, shoulda sucked it up and sent it back

How about you offer me those Works at cost? That'd probably be the most fair thing to do and I think it'll show everyone on the board your good nature. You're business will increase 10 fold... Honest
Yeah no kidding right? But we all cant get those new Works for $699 now can we?

Bump for Evasive. Mike has always responed to my PMs on products and I have no doubt in my mind they will make this right.

I have never ordered from Evasive, but this is the professional response I would expect from a quality company. The customer obviously made a succession of poor choices... accepting a damaged shipment, refusing to return damaged equipment, installing damaged equipment, then deciding on an unreasonable level of compensation.

Evasive was quite generous to offer the next purchase at dealer cost (regardless of cost), especially considering they never made a mistake in the first place. If I'm ever able to afford anything they sell ( ), I'll feel confident in sending them my money

OP, you are being unreasonable and trying to get something from a party that is not at fault.

the issue here is timeline. the OP is upset that somoen at Evasive said 'we'll work something out.' Was this before or after he told them he was goin to install it?

It is quite rare to see an internet forum have so many supporters for a company as opposed to the customer. This has got to say something about Evasive. I have ordered from Evasive and have had great results as well.

I think this is just an unfortunate lesson to MAKE the delivery guy wait for you to inspect the package before he/she leaves. They always hate it when I do that... but I don't care.

again, more proof evasive is the best (mikes post) and that the OP was being rediculous
