This doesn't make any sense! The Q300 exhaust is extremely raspy and obnoxiously loud at full throttle.

I have yet to hear a Q300 in person, but I was interested in it because most say it isn't raspy or loud (unlike the N1).

The Q300 has a great tone only if you have the stock cat, but it will have significant drone. However, if you replace the stock cat with anything else, it will be loud and raspy.

The q300 is far from Loud and raspy. Check out the YouTube videos. I had the q300 before and it had a nice and deep tone. The q300 is loud at first 200-300 miles but after that it gets quite almost like stock.

At first I had it with the stock cat and it was a little "boomy" and barely any louder than stock. I installed an Invidia 70mm test pipe and it became a lil raspy aroun 3000-3500 rpms. It also got a lil louder but it wasn't too loud until 8000-9000 rpms. After that I added a berk 70mm HFC and that made it perfect. No raspy, no boomy, no drone, it was only loud at higher rpms like at WOT. But it had this nice clean tone sort of like what a sports car should sound from factory.

Here is how it sounded with the Berk 70mm HFC. Thats my car on the dyno, I also had the K&N fipk. It may seem loud in this video, but thats because its in a closed area.
