Hello,

Although this may be the wrong forum to post this, I have filed a complaint with the FBI against snowbebe, aka Nikolai Pilipenchuk for non-payment of money that was sent to him for an HKS Hiper Exhaust back in October 2003.

On the complaint, it asks for any other victims of which I am aware. If anyone else has been defrauded by snowbebe, if you like, you can PM me or email me (wmc203@nyu.edu) and I will include your contact information and update my complaint. I feel it is only fair I at least make other people aware of what has transgressed and let them know they have the ability to see some kind of justice served. I know a couple people here have had negative experiences with him, but if have lost money in a transaction, please let me know and I will include your experience in the report. If you are uncomfortable doing this, you can file a report of your own at www.ifccfbi.gov.

i remember i was about to buy nsx rims from him.

 

I think some other person had trouble w/ this snowbebe person also.. Search and see.

 

After 2 bad transactions, I only deal with site sponsors and reputable members (active posers with great attitude) of the site now.
