Why so cheap? Because I bought a couple of them but ended up not needing this one. Cyberpower will only grant warranty service to original purchaser so that's why I'm selling it much cheaper.
As far as worry if something should happen. Well, nothing is ever guaranteed in life. But, I can tell you, I've already bought about 6 of these during the past 10 years and they've all lasted beyond their 3 year warranty period.

A mini-tower UPS with line interactive topology, the CyberPower PFC Sinewave CP1500PFCLCD provides battery backup (using sine wave output) and surge protection for desktop computers, workstations, networking devices, and home entertainment systems requiring active PFC power source compatibility.
