Default Comptech Sport Catback Exhaust for AP1 (2000-2003)

Location: Des Moines, Iowa (50323)

Means of Contact: PM is best

Price: 880 shipped in the 48 states OBO Paypal.
Local pick-up welcome. Will do 800 picked up cash. Shipping is a lot, coz the box is huge and weighs a lot.

Description: have an original Comptech Sport (Now known as CT-Engineering) catback exhaust system for the AP1 S2000. We planned on putting this on our s2000, but never got around to it. The car still runs stock exhaust. If anything we may switch to a 70mm single since we plan to run the car more in SCCA SOLO ran that weekend cruiser. For a era specific mod, this would be the exhaust to have.
- It is brand NEW, but the box has been opened. This has been drooled on maybe, but never bolted up etc.
- All gaskets, install instructions etc included. NOTHING MISSING, except for some foam packing

Also, have a berk off-road pipe to use with this exhaust. It is used but in mint condition. We can work this piece in as a package for those who want a catless system as well. Asking $75 OBO for the Berk off-road pipe alone. Pictures will be up tonight.

Thanks for looking!

Again, only the box is OPEN, the item has not seen any exhaust flowing though it or been bolted up. Hopefully pictures speak for themselves
We are a little flexible on price, but again its a rare item to find brand new!

I want to say 63.5mm main piping, splitting into 2 50mm pipes for each muffler.

Thanks, we agree. Fujitsubo Legalis-R and Comptech are about the best dual exahusts for street/DD use IMHO. Even catless, they sound the best, least drone and slight bump in performance. Or old s2000 was sold off and we have decided to pretty much build what was meant to be our streetcar into a mildly-prepped STR car. Hence, the comptech is being sold.

I replied to all PM's!

Had a few PM's on how to make this work on an AP2. Here is the info I have...

1) new CT-E systems for AP2 have larger 4" tips for the oval cutout in the bumper for AP2. This is purely cosmetic.
2) I have heard people saying you need to use AP1 hangers with this system. Another person said you can just use the middle hole in rear hanger or something.

Read this thread : https://www.s2ki.com/...haust-onto-ap2/ .

We cannot guarantee fitment on the AP2, just sharing information, sounds like it can be done though.

Hope this helps!
