I drove my friends 02 with Tein Flex's on them and i cant tell the difference. I think they discontinued the CST and starting calling them FLEX i cant be 100% tho but the ride is comparable.

sorry i do not have the original box or the manual i dont think there is one u just plug it in and then tune it if you want to if you dont want to you can just drive with the ecu as untuned.

There is no tuning the Spoon ECU. It is preconfigured from the factory.

If it hasn't changed it's an ECU for F20C and Spoon add-ons like header, exhaust etc. It runs a bit leaner and has not so many safety features.

I doubt it would be suitable at all for an F22C.

Unless things have changed.
