I wouldn't say its really rare but from signal auto japan, yes. Many other companies make one , but i guess it comes down to quality.

damn thats nice. very tempting at buying it. great price too. are there any cracks in it? i will keep an eye on this thread. i might have to buy if nobody else does soon.
