I've had this shifter on the car for a couple of months, the knob has been on and off. I can send better pictures if requested. I do understand the shifter kit isn't much cheaper than a brand new one, the reason for this is that R.M makes small batches, and you must pre-order months in advance. Took about 8 months for me to receive my order, as a resullt I am in no rush to sell.
