thats pretty ignorant... why wouldnt you just lower your asking price since you can get the new one for:
Subtotal: $550.00
Shipping: $27.45
Tax: $0.00
Total: $577.45

so for $2.45 more i can get a brand new one shipped to my door with the original badge and brand new springs...

hmmm i wonder which one im gonna get...
Well im sorry for being ignorant, but the way I see it. I paid 800 brand new for mine. The sponsors on this site sell them for about 800 on this site, and countless other websites sell them for around 800 new. So this guy puts up one store that has them for 550 new, and you expect me to lower my price? um ok.

you could have payed $20,000 for it... it doesnt matter... what matters is that the value of it has depreciated and the vendors selling them for $800 are crazy too since there is a company selling them for $550... and yes you should drop the price because no one is going to buy it in the current condition for that price... if they do, then they are dumb... i would say $450 would be a better asking price... thats just me... i dont think we are trying to blast you here, were just trying to enlighten you that this price is wack...

i just called APEXR1 and asked if they would order me the buddy club headers for $550.00 usd and this was his response:
-"ohhh man they raised the price drastically the msrp is now $1000 usd and i can sell it to you for $850." that was exactly what the salesman said to me.//
By the way guys these headers have never cost $550. So guys before we bash on someones forsale thread lets take some time to do some research! i knew that was to cheap for those header especially when i know the company sales price personally. im sure these guys will update their so call prices soon
good luck with your sale and great price.
