Yeah, it is. I just drilled out the rivets and removed the billet tips. They stuck out a little too far in my opinion, and I like the way it looks without them regardless. But they can be easily reinstalled, it's not irreversible.

What is the exhaust tip size now that you have remove the 100mm tips?

One a 1 to 10, can anyone comment on the loudness of this setup and the drone?

The billet tip inserts stuck out about another 1/2"-3/4". They were the older style that were tapered, not like the new ones that are sort of hexagonal. So they could be a little different.

If the factory exhaust is a 1 on both the loudness and drone scales, I'd say the Neuspeed is 4 on the loudness and 5 on the drone. It's just enough over stock to know it but not so much that it drives you nuts.

One other comment ; At every meet I've attended, I've had someone in the driving group behind me comment on how much they like how my car sounds. I honestly haven't heard anything I like better.

Hope that helps.

A guy here in San Diego has this exhaust the newer version with the hexagonal tips and it does sound good. I honestly just dont like the way the exhaust looks (not a fan of oval canisters, sorry). But as far as sound you wont be disapointed.

Kind regards,
Joe
