Yes, they come with everything you need to install them + shinny new spoon stickers . plug and play with you stock rotors and pads.

You are kidding right? NO, and they don't fit under many after market rims either.

 

You will need a spacer for stock wheels I think 10mm maybe 15. Think the smallest wheel that clear them is 17x7.5 +40 but that also depends on the design. There's thread on what the spoon calipers clear I will find it later and post it unless someone wants to do it for me.
