Audiobahn / Infinity / Alpine

Bump for a good guy, I saw the Alpine HU and it looks great, it's a great buy. My roomate has a couple sets of those Infinity Reference coaxials in his car, and they sound sweet! Great low-end bump for their size, esp for coaxials, and the components are even nicer! If I was still into car audio I'd gobble this deal up man, also hope that new HU is working out for ya, good luck!

They do not come with any housing. They were mounted under the A-pillers on standard "right" and "left" mounts ($.20 at partsexpress.com). This is probably the best place for them anyways, if you do not have the stock location available.
Just pop the trim off, fasten the tweeter to a strip of aluminum, attach the strip to the A-piller, point in direction you want, then drill a speaker grill pattern in the bottom of the trim. I had mine like this for a while, but then just broke down a got a some custom work done by Darkknight1999 (and at a decent price). His work looks more OEM than OEM.

zbrewha - you should pic these up! These will give the stock stereo a much needed boost (without having to go all out). I think these are some of the most popular replacement speakers for people not running external amps...
