JDM Junkyard's wasn't a super lowball offer, but I realized even though I put "make offers", I already priced it pretty low (considering including shipping and the PP fee), so I just told him I wanted to see if there was any other interest, since I just listed it and am not desperate.

My offer was a fair offer for the item based on what I feel is reasonible.

Reason is somebody else is selling the same exact header but under the Toda brand which is the manufacture for the ASM headers. I am basically willing to paying ~$150 more for an ASM stamp over a Toda stamp.

You are paying for more than just the label. ASM reinforces the headers at the "weak points" to prevent the failures that can happen. Who knows if it actually works, but they put in the materials/labor and pass the bill on to you accordingly.
