Yes, but someone shouldn't have blindly sent a payment after seeing "payment sent" posted.

 

yeah he shouldnt have just put his paypal out there like that. I always make people PM me to get my paypal if they want a part.

Also if you would have said "payment sent for both bumpers" it would be easy to understand. Nobody knew if you bought one of the two, or both. Anyways, the OP can easily just refund that guys money.

Did this A*hole return your money yet? I paid him over a week ago and he has yet to send me my bumpers. Emailed him 3 times and he has not responded. I'm giving him until today. After that, I will file a claim with Paypal and report his ass.
