as for paint, it's got some paint hairline cracks on the passenger side, so i would recommend you to get it repainted. But unless you are 3ft or closer to the car, the paint looks perfect. they are just hairline cracks.

OH BTW, the lip is polyurethane and the fitment wise, it is perfect. 9.5 out of 10. or better.
