will the original key working with the 2003 ECU?
especially the little chip in the key, or it comes with 2 chips?

 

The keys will need to be reprogrammed. There is a chip inside the ECU that reads/sends the code from/to your keys. The two have to match up or the car will not start.

I can get all your keys programmed for $65, the thing is, the car needs to be here (San Francisco CA) with the locksmith so he can program it.

I believe all Honda dalers can do this job for about $100.
