Default 2.3L s2000 motor

Ok i decided to pull the motor out of my car and put a stock motor back in it because it has become to hard to sell the car with the motor for what i want. I have well over 11k invested in this motor and the recp to prove it. The whole motor was professonally built by CTR DYNOSPORTS in modesto ca. Asking 7k or 4k and your stock longblock...motor must have less than 60k on it and have NOTHING wrong. The motor made 274, 204 with a stock header on 100 octane. Heres whats done

Head:
Head is port and polish by CTR Dynosports
Intake manifold and throttle body also port and polished
All head work was done by Victory cylinder heads in modesto ca
3 angle valve job. Supertech titanium valve, dual springs, and retainers
Toda spec b cams

Block:
Darton sleeve
Arias 89mm 12:5:1 compression pistons
Crower H beam titanium big bolt rods
2.2L 06 knife edged and mircro polished s2000 crank

Tranny:
Act 6 puck clutch with heavy duty pressure plate
Fidanza 8lb flywheel

Wow...Does this engine need 100 octane to run properly? Is it streetable or strictly race?

This motor is for street, strip, or track....the motor does not need 100+ to run properly....i drove it around with 91 with no problems. and yes i do have the dyno sheet and it will be given to the buyer of the motor...oohhdang can back me up on this one. thanks for the bump

Just curious. Why would you put all that time and money into the motor and sell the car after only 1300 miles? I see stuff like this all the time and it doesn't make sense to me.
