I hope the roads in philly are good. The OZs are MUCH stronger rims than Volks. Just something to think about. Also, your rims are VERY rare, and you are selling them very cheap.
Just an FYI to buyers....these are incredibly rare rims, that are light (18.1lbs for fronts, 18.6 for rears....light for 18s) they are incredibely strong, and are great quality. Most race cars today use OZ wheels, so no, its not a "tuner" wheel. Buy with confidence.
