I am very interested, but I want to know about the rubbing. When do they rub? Do they rub the inside of the wheel well or the outside by the fender? Can you turn the steering wheel the whole way?

yes, the steering wheel can be turned all the way. I am lowered on Tein springs and they rub over larger than average bumps. On my car the sit flush with the fenders and HAVE rubbed the fenders. This is the way I bought the car, and an alignment with a tad of negative camber could minimize the rubbing I believe.
