01 Comptech SC'd S2k, 2k sound system, new tires.....

I bought the car in Sept of 02. It had 10k miles on it. Silverstone with red leather interior.
It now has 30k miles on it.
I've had the clutch tsb performed at 15k miles.
The transmission was popping out of 4th, which I had fixed at 28k miles.
The supercharger went on the car at 25k miles. The car is stock except for the blower. 270rwhp in 95 degree weather.
I replaced the entire soundsystem. Alpine headunit, JBL speakers in the doors, heavy duty wiring, capacitor, two amps, and a 12 inch JL W6 in a custom box in the trunk.
The tires were just replaced. S03s.
The car has been VERY well maintained. Never been to the race track, I took it to the drag strip once and made 4 or five passes. I never went below a 14.5, which says alot for how I launched... The car has never been abused. Period.
It has two very slight scratches in the front bumper, other than that it is cosmetically and mechanically perfect. I run all the OEM Honda fluids, including regular oil. The car has never burned a drop (which some 01s have been known to do), and Ive had the transmission fluid and diff fluid flushed and regularly inspected.
Comptech Installed the supercharger, and Fremont Honda has never had a problem with it. Dave Z is the only mechanic I use there. He knows his stuff about s2ks, and has never had a problem with the blower being on there.
Im thinking about selling it for an M3. I need a little more room, and similar performance.
Price? Im thinking 25k? If that is high and I get no bites, then I will probably yank the blower and just sell that seperately, and trade it in.
Dont let this car go to waste.
Edit: It also has the extended Honda care warranty. 7/100000 miles, I think?
