You need to post the direct link of the pics from photobucket, not the email & IM link.

Anyways, I remember the seat from when the last guy was selling it. It's definitely hot!

GLWS.

Yeah, it's amazing how when some sellers who want to avoid the free market tool of an aution, will bad mouth bidders and offers. For most it's sufficient to just say, Price is Firm. I have never had a problem buying or selling fakes/bootlegs on eBay. I suppose one needs to have more than a room temperature IQ to participate on the site. I have nearly 1500 feedback at 100%. Never bought or sold a fake there. But have sure been ripped off on this site. Your comments would immediately warn me not to buy this seat...

Maybe my econ classes have failed me, but selling an item at a fixed price is a free market tool. If the price is higher than anyone is willing to pay, the seller has to either lower the price or forgo the sale.

Auction format is inherently about attracting low-ball bids (buyers offering lowest possible price that the market and seller are willing to accept). Seats on Ebay wouldn't necessarily be fakes, but there's no problem with the seller directing buyers wanting to negotiate elsewhere.
