Default Mechanic for Valve Retainer Replacement

Hi guys....I'm relatively new to the s2000 and to the Pittsburgh area. I have an AP1, and am thinking about doing a valve retainer replacement to the AP2 retainers. Its a bit more than I'm willing to bite off. Any recommendations on a good mechanic? I'm in the Mars area, but will travel for the right mechanic!

I am pretty sure MMoore did this on his own. Send him a PM about it either for moral support or the name of his mechanic. He lives north of the city too.

Thanks for the input! I considered doing it myself....but got a little intimidated and decided I best leave this to someone else. I'll contact MMoore.

If I was still in the area I would help you out. I did it a few years back with my 01. Its not bad honestly. I used a magnetic valve retainer tool and a compressor. Put a couple psi in the cylinder you are working with to keep the valves up and you're set. Just keep an eye on those keepers!

Unfortunately I dont have anyone/anywhere to recommend to you.
