Default Honda Civic Type R

The Honda Civic Type R was showcased at Geneva this year. This is the first Honda product in awhile where I would plunk down cash for it no matter what. I need one to sit next to my S2K.

PLEASE HONDA BRING THIS TO US!!!!!

4 Doors, 280hp and that wing????? Don't even care that it is on FWD. I'd rather drop 30k+ on this the a loaded Focus ST and the WRX STI and Evo GSR twins never did much for me (sorry Mike and Sara!!!!!).

Great looking car!!! I saw this on a Civic Forum a couple weeks ago. There was a rumor of an AWD version.
Even if it is FWD, I saw a video on U-tube a while ago of an older version Type R beating a stock S2000 on the test track.
I might be interested, but I would miss RWD and the feel of the rear end sliding out just enough on a sharp curve to keep the nose pointed the direction that you need to go!!!!!

If they were to bring this to the states I would most likey get rid of the WRX and pick this up, I just wish it was AWD.

It is a pipe dream to think they will bring that car to the states.

I wouldn't sell the S for it...I'd sell the civic for it!

Don't get me wrong I would LOVE an AWD sporty car from Honda but that ain't going to happen any time soon outside of the TL line. Let's just try to get Honda to bring the Type R here...then we can try for AWD!
