<RANT> OK, so I hate group work. I am so freaking anal about the quality of my work, I find that my classmates do not meet my expectations. Case in point: the capstone class for the business program features a "game" called Glo-Bus. At the very end, a detailed case analysis of the business environment and your individual company must be drawn up by the team you are on. So I take charge and basically do the decisions in the game. To "reward" me for being so proactive, the team volunteers to write the case and let me edit it (with superior writing skillz) into one, coherent paper. Little did I know that 4 hours into EDITING, I would end up re-writing the entire paper. My team is the nicest group of people around, but their writing skills combined are about on par with a high school junior. I think I was on the short end of the stick with this job. It is now 1:30am, and I am only on the second page of the re-write. At this rate, I will be done sometime between 3am and 4am. Thank God that this is the final full homework assignment of my undergraduate career... </RANT>

I know how you feel. And I also know how the group feels. I suck at writing but I usually put very good content inside the document. My old roomate used to check it for errrors and help me out. I would type his for him since he would type about 10 words a minute, If you are about done, don't worry about it. Sad thing is, group efforts in the work environment will be the same. They see someone that gives a shit, does good work, they pile it on them, and then try to take credit for helping.
