Soft Top Repair

After 5 in Montgomery is tough for me as I drive home everyday in my 2006 Toyota Yaris (40 mpg). It takes me at best 1h 15m and I just got a ticket. I might be able to come your direction for lunch. Do you work at the dealer towards the end of South Blvd? That is the only one I m familiar with.

I've actually called AHM techline and left a message for the model engineer. They don't have a recommended adhesive.
Best bet to start reading labels to find something that is vinyl friendly.

I am very interested in the adhesive and have been looking at a lot of threads about this. I have repaired surfboards both epoxy and polyester, i also build an epoxy fiberglass kayak and a folding kaya with a PVC or vinyl skin, I know that you have to be real careful with the glues exspecially with expoxy which eats polystirene. But the folding kayak i built used this stuff call H-66 cement, i thinned it with acetone. The way it works is you apply several coats, (letting it completley dry before you apply the next) to each side you wan tot bond, then you put them together and hit them with a heat gun and wala they are glued. It is a tough bond that will rip the material before it rips the glue. I was thinking of tying it ion mine but need to test it first, if someone can get me some material i can try it and i can definatley share the glue, i have lots of it.
