Default Soft Top Repair

Any recommendations on a soft top repair kit? I have a small pin hole appearing on the inside of the pass side of the top. It is wearing out in a location where one top frame bars is rubbing once the top is down. I can see some wear on the driver side as well, but it has not made a hole yet. I would like to put a patch in both areas. (at least a 2 X 2 inch square in each area). I already looked at Advance, no luck.

i had the same issue, there are burrs on some of the roof parts that scrape the top. I took ti into a local shop, hae said to put velcro on the inside to help prevent it from getting worse. It works for a while but then comes off. i need a better option as well.

i know you need to be careful what you use, is the s2000 top really vinyl. I though it was a cloth with a coating on the outside. modeling glue has MEK in it, I use something call H-66 cement to bond viynl. I actually made a kayak with this material, i have been hesitant to use it on my car, i am afriad it might actually eat the material. Honda sells a ptah kit but all it comes with is the cloth, not the glue.

I've got some patch material I cut off an old S2k top that you could patch with.

How much will you charge me to send two squares 2 x 2 inches in size? I work in Montgomery, maybe we could meet for lunch one afternoon. I work at Kelly Aerospace off Selma Highway.

We could meet after 5 or something. I work at McConnell Honda. I'm not sure I could make it there and back on my lunch break though.
