The letter will be from Vic Langford, Bayer Properties Corporate Public
Safety Director, and myself. We will be composing the letter this
weekend. The officer was identified and reprimanded, and a meeting was
held with all officers to re-emphasize the duties and expectations of
all officers at The Summit. I apologize in the delayed responses, but I
hope you can understand this is the busiest two weeks of the year. Your
negative experience at the property is quite important to me, and the
issue was addressed immediately with my staff. I will be in touch.

Damn ... I can relate to that. I wouldn't be disappointed not to hear from her as she noted in her mail to Rob that they would be drafting the apology by committee over the next few days. The retail industry is a zoo this time of the year, so I would suggest to cut her a little slack till they get their official comments back. If that's not sufficient, address it with her then.

There's always that balance in a negotiation between pushing too hard and giving them a little rope to see what they'll do with it.

its actually kind a funny that i was chillen at the summit today with my and N30 s2k and the birmingham cops and rent-a-piles looked over but didnt say a word to us. before i use to chill there and would automatically get told that you cant loiter in the parking lot. so i think that this may have done something.
