I'm hoping that Chris got through to her. She sent me an email today, where she said we would be getting an apology letter. I emailed her back and asked her if she identified the officer. Did he get repremanded. Is he having to go to any kind of training. Is he who wrote the letter, or was it from her. She said she was going to call Chris back tonight. We will see. If she didn't, then I may still take some other routes!
