This is deffinatly a good outcome. Hopeful the guy will be punished, but not fired. It's often worse to know the boss is breathing down your neck, waiting for you to make a mistake just to fire you as opposed to actually doing so on the spot.

Speaking of that... I was out at the Summit today picking up my Fiance's Christmas gift and a rent-a-cop who almost matches the description (black, 30-40's, 230 or so pounds, mustache) is riding a bicycle out in this miserable weather. How fitting would it be if this moron got busted down to bicycle duty for running his mouth.
