When calling ask for the manager and try to use words like:
unprofessional
aggressive
overreacting
threatening (as in threatening to arrest Chris for loitering and trespassing)
Points to make:
1. He did not identify himself immediately (Andy thought he was a security guard & his badge was covered by his jacket).
2. We were already walking to Barnes & Noble when he escalated the situation.
3. He didn't care about the Summit's customers (told us leave and didn't want us to shop there again & there was a lot of shopping being done by the women).
4. Detained Chris and Sam illegally.
5. Etc.....
Be sure to use the description of him that Chris gave.

I really prefer never to meet any law enforcement officers, especially rent a pricks. I really don't have a problem with authority. Just a problem with flaming assholes.

the whole deal was just totally uncalled for.
like Skip says, capt. dickhead was the one that was making the whole situation occur in the first place. everybody was already in the process of disbursing without question, but just not in the manner that suited his highness, so he continually escalated the whole thing.

Hindsight being 20/20 I'd have kept my mouth shut. My apologies.
Will and Brian know a very different Slows2k at work. I will not back down from an asshole that starts some BS. I do not lay down when some one wants to roll over me.
Threaten me with arrest does get me to shut up for a bit though.
