It was a few months ago. She's had 3 weeks thus far this year. The crazy part is her company isn't exactly losing money, but they aren't making the mad profits they have last year.

It's all about the bottom line my friend. They are outsourcing their call center to AZ <think, I didn't get my paper> to save about 20K. Someone will get a raise out of it while production people will lose their jobs.
