Question A new S in the stable

The missus and I picked up her new dream car today. She traded in her Civic coupe, which had a target on it for the past 2 years. 1 tree falling on it, and 2 trips to the body shop for other people running into it.

It's a 06 Mini Cooper S, Hyper blue 6 speed with cordoba/black interior. (no fine corinthian leather, it has nice BMW leather)
It's a torquey 1.6L and a good handling little car.

We both have a nice sunburn from the ride back from Atlanta, you can tell I'm used to riding with the Hardtop on my ride.

The camera batteries died, otherwise I'd have more pics.

Nice! I prefer the coupe, but it's still really cool little car. My wife wanted to get one, but with the kids we needed something with four doors.

I prefer the coupe as well, but I also didn't buy the S because it's a vert'. The front seat area is huge, and the interior quality is top notch. I really wish Honda would take some lessons from BMW and Mercedes on seatcovers and plastics that don't wear so quickly.

Good to hear from you Ken, How's the Great White North?
