At the moment all of my weekends in may are free. Skip Ferrari was trying to get a meet going in may at Cheaha state park/Talledega Grand prix. It doesn't really matter to me. (Although I do want some track time at Talledega) I would like to attend a meet with a decent amount of enthusiast owners, and have a good time. I'm up for a fun drive, some tourist like activities. Seeing the local sites and all. I'll be bringing my better half and would like not to S2000 her to death.

I haven't seen Skip post here. I know I talked with him about a meet at Cheaha sometime soon, but then our brothers from Nashville got interested also. Think we can talk him into Huntsville in May, and then try for a track/cheaha run maybe in like August? Come on Skip, there are good roads up here also.

As for the better half, thats cool. I'll ask my manager at Longhorn about maybe doing something for us at dinner that night. I know I can section off an area of the parking lot for us to park in. Then you have the Space and Rocket center and Marshal Space Flight center. Not to mention lake Guntersville about 30 mins south, and nice mountains due west.

Don't get too discouraged yet. I had the same problems, but over time some came around.
