I am going to talk to my contact today, and see what she can do for single rooms, as they aren't much lower than the suite. Or is this price exceptable for everyone? It think it is $72 for a single room. I know each room has a refrigerator and microwave in it, and they also have a pool, suana, and whirlpool.

If we get at least 10 people to stay there, they also give us a conference room to use. Then we would have an excuse to go use all the amenities!
