This first set was taken at Boca Chica ... on a washed out section of road at the perimeter of the Naval Air Station.
One of the coolest things we saw on our trip was this guy who is weaving the driftwood into a structure ... the pics don't do it justice, but it gives you an idea ...
Yikes! That's awful close to the racoon. Those guys can be dangerous.

That's the +1's doing ... the only critters she doesn't like are the ones I point out on the side of the road .... ... good thing she wasn't riding with us today ... the Turkey (huge one) in the field off the road would have been ok ... but we saw at least two deer that were never going to run again ... and a couple other smaller critters ... had she been there, I'd have had to keep my mouth shut in order to sleep safely tonight.

Looks like an interesting trip
