I'm going to have to check my tires and make sure they don't magically come up flat

This was the first time in an auto-x I've ever maxed out 3rd gear. It was awsome! I was shaking after every run! I've done messed up and got myself addicted.

Mark,

I'm thinking TVR has a test and tune, help session scheduled for the 1st weekend in May. I'll check and post something on it later.

Cant afford the TVR stuff since its SCCA, it costs more to run those events plus you have to pay to get a temp SCCA license I think. Find out the costs and see its a lot more than the 25 bucks that TAC charges.

I actually bought a SCCA membership this year. I just paid the extra $5 last year every time. I'll check online at the prices and post up later. Even if you don't do the event, come on out and get some rides, and maybe they will have a fun run or two. Can't beat paying a buck for some practice. It helped me a lot starting out riding with people and having good drivers drive the Honda.

Jason Collette = beast in S2K for example.

John never let anyone ride with him

The SCCA membership requirement has been lifted for the test and tune:

Checked out the link, looks like it will be 45 bucks a day so 90 for the weekend. I will have to pass on that Im afraid. Cant afford that much and do the TAC events to, and pay the bills to stay alive and have a place to live that has power and water, lol.
