Nope, you can change catback, front swaybar, shocks as long as they mount in the same spot, and a couple of other things. You can't update or backdate a car unless you change everything that is on the updated/backdated car. In other words if you were running nationally you would have to convert your car to a full CR to be legal. I replica wing never came on a real CR. Of course the chances of someone protesting you are slim to none so... What class will you be running in later? Why not run in it and start building points? You can run in a faster class without a problem, ie, a stock Miata could run in AS but a stock S2K couldn't run in CS.

Honestly, i'm not sure what class I'll be running in... I bought a set of coil overs... Koni Yellows on RSR Springs. Soon im going to be throwing on a upper strut bar, Intake, and a test pipe/cat delete. I thought for sure that would throw me into SM2... or at least B Stock...
I really don't care what class they put me in, I just want seat time... its fun. Thats why I go.
*EDIT* I do care... but it doesn't bother me... lol. Whatever class you think I should run in is where I'll run.

I was looking forward to being there and meeting your passenger. I was looking forward to proving that even I could be nice. Some things are more important than an autocross however.

I hate that I had to bail so early. I'm in the airport now, wondering if you guys are even done yet. I can't believe the first heat went until 2. What were the afternoon times like?
