Cuz It needed about 20K put in it, and to be completely stripped/restored. It's was going to be another 4-5 years before I could even start on it the way I wanted to. So time, $$$ space Etc. Etc. Etc.

Yeah, I usually space out for a couple hours in the morning and then again after lunch. I'd say in a given week I really only do about 15 minutes of actual work....
