Did that white one have an exhaust?

I saw him over in malbis/daphne at the mall... no idea who he is though...

As for the outlets, that is easy to add one, but my stock one dosent work... and no one knows why!

The exhaust looked stok but the tires lokoed wider than stock. He flew by me when I sowed down to say hi. I really nee to know which wires to tap into for the power outlet and where to get a real good outlet.
