yes, you do have to have Adobe Acrobat. Can't do anything with Acrobat reader...

I've got to fill out a warranty claim sheet for KW and it's in PDF. Can't send them the shocks back until I fill it out.

 

can't you just print it - fill it out & then scan it as a .jpg or something & send it back that way? I'm assuming they want this emailed...

I can send it to ya, but I'll have to send you the info to fill in the blanks. It's a preety in depth form, with more info to fill out than I have on hand. I'll have to pull the shocks to measure spring perches Etc. Etc.
