Got this from my father-in-law today ... may be useful if you're tired of the automated menus when calling for customer service ... it even posts grades for the various company's numbers.
I also ran across this site in a magazine today. It lists Customer Service
phone numbers for scads of companies--but even better, it tells how to
respond to "Phone Tree" prompts to actually reach a human. That can be
maddening--and you may still not get a real person on the phone normally.
I haven't tried any of them, but I sure will, when I make such a call again.
